pain in the assignment.

Blah, so it's Friday night, and what would you suppose a normal 20 something girl would be doing right now? cha-cha-chaing at the local night club, downing massive margaritas at the newest downtown restaurant, street racing in her suped up automobile? unfortunately no, no, and definately no. Instead, she's kicking it in the super exclusive VIP lounge called her bedroom preparing for the next three assignments and midterm next week. Please let all this hard work someday pay off, preferably in the form of a Mercedes and customized walk in closet, wink wink. Anyways, until I'm rich and have free time, I'm basically stuck fantasizing about where my next paycheck will go and snacking on bits and bites while trying to focus on the tasks at hand. Oh, and I also play dress up. A lot. I've been desperate to wear some of my customized skirts out since I got them, particularly this tartan miu miu-ish version that I dreamed up(with Ashley of course putting it all together). Isn't this lady super talented? I'm so impressed.

dana, thanks so much sweetie, I'm in love with the skirt!!

morena, thanks, the hair is going to take getting used to but I'm definately embracing the change.

ashleigh, ya the skirt is wicked eh, I'm so impressed by her and I sooooo want to make my own. I want to make a black lace one really bad actually, I wish I had a sewing machine. Even if I did, I don't think I'd be able to replicate this, the seaming on it is pretty much better than most of my clothes, she's amazing. And will definately tell you when I get to Toronto, probably hopefully in December for my friend's bday. Skool ruins social lives I swear. Can't wait til Xmas(when I get my Wii!!!I hope;)

casey, thanks girly, the plaid thing is pretty addictive huh? And the shoes are great but I'll admit I rarely wear them out because I can't walk in them!! argh. VS has some really cute ones right now though, and if you're really feeling the studded thing, get the $25 newport news ones!!

jen, yay thats what I wanted!! and the new Lacoste store I've HEARD about but haven't been to yet. I hate how Canadian Lacoste is SO overpriced. Like sorry $75 for a shirt in the US is at least $115 here (even at the outlet?) rippppp off. I went on a Lacoste spree for like two years and then I was like ick, too much, too flashy. Although I did stop by the outlet in Florida and got two cashmere skirts for $35 a piece (originally $250) and a cute plain v-neck for $20 and I wear all constantly. I especially love the fact that you can't even tell it's Lacoste. I went to Payless btw and tried desperately to find those Alice + Olivia shoes on sale and no such luck. I might get them full price if I get desperate enough. Are you going to the Vintage sale at the chateau laurier on the 9th of nov???

hollyshambles, thanks so much!! I'm so glad you guys like the new hair!!

geri, hey lady it's been awhile, I'm glad you approve;)

goldieoldiecharms, but its sooooo haaaard(in my whiniest voice). haha. isn't the skirt lovely? that girl is so damn talented its crazy. I WISH I could make this.
